Reaching out for support with your inner work is one of the bravest and most powerful choices you can make. When you decide to come home to yourself, it can bring positive change to you, the people around you, and every part of your life. Coming home to yourself means being ready to seek out your authentic self, beyond the layers and roles you’ve had to develop to function in society. Thank you for considering the possibility. 

 

There are times in life when whatever you’ve been doing doesn’t seem to work anymore. This can happen for any number of reasons. Many people who seek therapy with me have experienced one of the following:

  • Realized that their relationship to their work or career is unsustainable, or have recently left a job 

  • Have experienced changes in their physical health or abilities 

  • Are figuring out how to function as a neurodivergent or disabled person in the world 

  • Are processing the death, or impending loss, of a loved one 

  • Have experienced a breakup or are in a relationship that isn’t going well 

  • Have a desire to change difficult self-talk, behaviors, and emotions
